The Fine Print

Here’s what to expect after you’ve purchased one of the above PR packages. We strongly recommend you read this.

The pricing/packages above do not include interview coordination. Instead, anytime a journalist replies to our PR pitch email, the response will be automatically forwarded to your email inbox. You will then be responsible for replying to the journalist to setup an interview. If you’d like us to coordinate interview times, zoom call setup, and sending out calendar invites, we will charge you $150/hour.

We bill you by the hour in Upwork. So for the Bronze plan, which is $850 and approximately 5 hours of work, we would bill you $170/hour for 5 hours. Even if we work more than 5 hours, you would only be billed $850.

All campaigns take at least one (1) month - and typically 2 months or more - from the time we start work until we send the final pitch to the last journalist on our contact list. If you’d like us to send out PR pitch emails up to faster, we charge $80 to increase sending capacity by 750 emails per/month. (For example, if we can send out 2,000 emails per month - but you’d like us to send 2,750 emails per month, we would charge you $80 extra).

Receive a 5% discount if you sign up for 2 or more campaigns in a 12 month period.

It can take 1 week to many months for an article, TV segment, or podcast interview to be released.

It’s possible you will get NO media placements from our campaigns. It’s also possible a journalist will write or report a NEGATIVE aspect of your business, organization, or cause.

We reserve the right to publicize the results of your PR campaign to promote The Media Whisperer. If you’d like us to refrain from promotion, there is a $1,000 Non-Disclosure Fee.
