The performance branding agency WITHIN wanted to get its founder and CEO Joe Yakuel into the news.
The Pitch
WITHIN tracked the social media and search advertising spending of its clients. We took trends from their data dashboard and shared it with journalists. We also pitched Yakuel’s opinion on a newly passed California data protection law.
The Placements
One of our pitches caught the attention of TechCrunch. An editor invited Yakuel to write a column for their paywalled section Extra Crunch. With our help, Yakuel wrote about the importance of quanitfying a company’s long-term profitability, which you can read here.
Another pitch caught the attention of the industry site Multichannel Merchant, which ran this article about the impact of California’s data law on the online advertising campaigns of WITHIN’s clients.
